Baiance Breathing didn’t start as a business plan - it started as a personal need. I found breathwork at a time when I was simply looking for ways to feel better, calmer, and more in control of my own mind and body. There was no intention to teach it, no big vision to turn it into something more - just a genuine curiosity and a desire to support myself. But the impact was undeniable. What began as a personal practice quickly became something I couldn’t keep to myself. The more I experienced the shift - physically, mentally, and emotionally - the more I felt called to share it. Not in a preachy or “perfect wellness” way, but in a real, grounded, this actually works kind of way.

Today, Baiance Breathing is an extension of that journey. Because when your system is supported, everything changes - how you think, how you feel, and how you show up.
